Silent Cove, facing North Sighting V052-M

Silent Cove....

Not far from Cape Doom is a small and secluded inlet that I have named Silent Cove. I've looked on a number of different maps - even the really detailed ones that the USGS prints - and I've never seen an official name listed. So until I'm proven wrong - and I seriously doubt if anyone's going to have the balls to challenge me - Silent Cove it is.

The reason I've included Silent Cove among my list of Nightmares is precisely because of what it ISN'T. It ISN'T a swirling cauldron of tormented souls. It ISN'T a sacred Native American prayer ground. BUT THAT'S WHAT GOT ME SO SCARED!!! When I got back home, I was unable to get a good night's sleep for over a week and a half. Something is wrong at Silent Cove. When I was there I thought I could hear voices, but I figured it was just the shore birds. Now I'm not so sure.
